The Long Island National Board Network and the National Board Council of New York are pleased to offer CSP Jumpstart  training.  Please complete the following form to register for this exciting new workshop offered at NYSUT headquarters in Woodbury, NY. This training is for NBCTs who would like to be trained as Candidate Support Providers to run cohorts for teachers looking to earn Board Certification.

Come see the new NEA Jumpstart Materials, dig deeper into supporting candidates with newly released component 4, and look at updated scoring information.

 

The two day CSP  training is October 21 from 4 pm - 8 pm and October 22 from 9 am - 3 pm at NYSUT headquarters: BenefitMall, 1000 Woodbury Rd #214, Woodbury, NY 11797. The workshop will run from 9 am to 3 pm.

If you are an NBCT who is interested in becoming a Candidate Support Provider in your district, this is the training that will qualify you support teachers and be paid by either your Teacher Center for running this professional development or by your district, as the district now receives 500.00 per candidate for candidate support.
